If you are an SFDJs.org DJ but have lost or forgotten your login name or password, you can fill out the form below, and a new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

You must provide the actual account e-mail address (that you put in "our use only" in §2 of the DJ Registration Form). This may be different from the one visible on your profile. If you can't even remember what e-mail address you used, just e-mail support@SFDJs.org (and consider taking a few weeks off of the devil weed).

Please be aware that all access attempts are logged.
